Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at metalbrickcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
